Evaluation begins with urine analysis, imaging, and uroflowmetry as appropriate. Stones are assessed for size, composition, and location to determine whether medical expulsion therapy, ESWL, or endoscopic clearance is most suitable. Surgical planning includes a pre-operative anaesthetic review and patient counselling about expected outcomes and recovery.
Urology OPD runs Monday to Saturday, 10 AM to 1 PM. Acute ureteric colic and urinary retention are managed as emergencies at any hour.
No referral is needed. Walk-in appointments are welcome during OPD hours.
Bring urine reports, ultrasound scans, CT images if available, and a list of current medications. Bring your insurance or Ayushman card for billing.
